The Forum - Tunbridge Wells - not to be mistaken with the venue of the same name in Kentish Town holds a  capacity 90% smaller than its London rival. However this has not stopped this grungy looking venue attract some big names in the past, with the likes of Oasis gracing Tunbridge Wells' Royal streets! Not only does it attract big names of yester year its building a reputation for sounding out some of the best grass roots talent around.

With the Red Stripe Music Award hitting the venue on Thursday 27th March, three up coming local bands took to the stage with the intention to hit the dizzy heights of the music world. Hazy Shade, Little Ghost and worthy headliner Claus Says Buy The Record each made the venue there own  with their interpretation of how live grass roots music should be seen and sound.  Each person in the room were treated to a eclectic mix of music influenced by the likes of Led Zeppelin, The Strokes and strangely enough (more down to Klaus) Beirut! All in all three bands who are well worth a listen again.
