The Lamp in Hull provided the settings for another regional heat of the 2008 Red Stripe Music awards on Wednesday night 26th March. Riot Kicks, Go Go Kings and The Cliques were the three bands competing for a place in the coveted RSMA final. All three bands are well know around Hull and have performed at the Lamp before, so for them this was very much a home coming creating the back drop for what was a very entertaining night. They were all charismatic performers with well written material. All three band's were fantastic and provided the crowd with a night to remember!
